Refund policy
Chasing Celeste does NOT offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if you have received an item with a defect or an item that does not match your order a store credit or refund may be offered. Chasing Celeste does not accept cancellations due to change of mind.Â
If your item is defective or does not match your order, please email us at contact@chasingceleste.com with subject line: Return and #OrderNumber with a photo of your item, and reason for return within 7 days of receiving your package.
Chasing Celeste does not provide shipping labels. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer unless a defective item or a wrong item is shipped.Â
Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. Sale and clearance items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Â

Exchanges are only offered for defective items or damaged items.
